There's also a family bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire and a study with an open fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking and an undercover car port for one car, plus a front lawned garden with patio area and a rear lawned garden. Within easy reach are wonderful coarse fishing opportunities, whilst walks await at the doorstep. Set in a very peaceful area, where stars can be spotted in the sky once the sun goes down, Tommy Clarke's Cottage provides a wonderful holiday base for your romantic escape or Galway getaway with friends.

Oil fired underfloor heating with open fires. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Free-to-air channels, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking and undercover car port for 1 car. Front lawned garden with patio plus rear lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5.8 miles. Note: There is a ramp leading to the back door so this property may be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please contact the owner for more information. |
